Replacing Carpet
I am going to replace the carpet in my coach. I am going to take out the old carpet and use it for a template. Has anyone replaced carpet doing it this way ? How did it work out ?

We had to have carpet replaced in our 5vr.......main floor and two slide outs.
Had two guys come out laid main floor..new padding/tack strips/carpet...removed carpet in slide outs, made templates then took them and had the edges bound/stitched and then installed.
Got to ask, what did this cost? I would like to redo our carpet but the thought of doing it myself is a monetary dilemma.
