I,ve replaced a few on tpo, rubber and fiberglass roofs its not hard to do , the one on own now is probably with a putty tape then screwed down and lap sealant over the screws and edges. be carefull taking the  old skylite off,take your time , I use a plastic putty knife. The last one I did I used a butyle tape between the roof and the skylite, then put the screws in also you might consider spraying the skylite white to reflect the ultra violet rays from the sun,will double the life of the skylitlife . and always  inspect the caulking around the skylite plus othr areas that are subject to leaking....
