Replacing the old one

Just pulled the trigger on a 2008 Damon Daybreak. The old Allegro has served us well for many years, but it is time for some upgrades.

The Damon is extremely clean and low miles. Pick it up next Friday! Wife is already planning trips.
  • Congratulations on your new Damon!! It sounds like a nice coach. Enjoy those trips that you have planned.
  • Spent the entire day cleaning out the old coach and getting it ready to trade in. Hard to believe we had that much stuff in there!

Had the Allegro for 11 years. Can't say I have had any major issues with it, just the normal maintenance items and would recommend to anyone.

Hope we have the same luck with the Damon!
  • Congrats on the new rig, we too just bought an up grade to a 2009 Winnebago Destination 37G, from the 1998 Southwind 32v. Congrats again.
    :C
  • The Damon is officially home. Drives very nice. Now have to learn all the ins and outs.

Good luck with your new MH. Having looked at a lot or small gas MH's ACE, Vista,Storm etc. what I liked about the Daybreak it was the only one in that price range that had the full basement storage rather than the small cutout doors and much larger FW tanks.

Since it's home may as well sleep in it tonight! Have fun in your new coach SP!
