Replacing windshield gasket in 99 holiday rambler endeavor.

Just picked up a 99 HR endeavor DP. The windshield gasket is torn up top around the edges, and almost all the way across the top. It does not appear to be leaking yet, but in my eyes it is preventativ...

Regarding I don't have the exact name of the caulk, but it came from Home Depot in black, was high quality, and was an elasomeric type. If I find an old tube of it around the house, I'll post again with the exact item.

Dap Premium Elastomeric Latex Sealant in black. It has held up well, and the label claims it's good for 50 years.
