Replacing windshield gasket in 99 holiday rambler endeavor.

Just picked up a 99 HR endeavor DP. The windshield gasket is torn up top around the edges, and almost all the way across the top. It does not appear to be leaking yet, but in my eyes it is preventativ...

I appreciate the advice, but I think i'd rather just get a new gasket this time around. One of the service guys at the RV place I have been going to for years tells me that if the windows pop out, they are something like $1400/each to replace, plus the gasket. He strongly advised me to have a new gasket installed. He is not a salesman, so I know he is not BS'ing me.
