Dap Premium Elastomeric Latex Sealant in black. It has held up well, and the label claims it's good for 50 years.

Used the same stuff on our H/R Vacationer windshield gasket & no leaks since.
Probably would be a good idea, to inspect the side windows as well. Those gaskets next to the windows will srink up & cause a leak & normally it will srink up at the bottom & rain will go right in.
