Replacing windshield gasket in 99 holiday rambler endeavor.

Just picked up a 99 HR endeavor DP. The windshield gasket is torn up top around the edges, and almost all the way across the top. It does not appear to be leaking yet, but in my eyes it is preventativ...

Update: Called a few glass shops that deal with RV's. Looks like it's a solid thousand dollars to pull both windshields and install a new gasket. And they "cannot be held liable if the windows get broken". I am going to buy some of that sealant and caulk the cracked gasket.
