I'll just add, is take the "heated tanks", "heated underbelly" with a grain of salt and actually LOOK at what it actually is before you buy.
My MH stated heated tanks.
What it turned out to be was they took 1/2 of the heat duct in the bedroom and routed it down to the sewage bay. :R
All my friends that traveled with me during the cold months thought I was the perfect host when I said they could sleep in the bedroom and I would sleep on the couch.
Ha! You'd freeze your tuchus off in the bedroom because half the heat from the heat duct was being diverted to the sewage bay to "heat" the tanks. :B
