Shortly, I will be removing my Norcold 1200 refrigerator and installing a residential refrigerator. I am thinking about the Samsung RF197 if I can find one available. If not, something very similar....

In addition to the inverter, a good battery charger is also necessary. You will not want to spend all day charging the batteries.
Are the batteries you have deep cycle? Starting batteries don’t do great when used in a deep cycle application. Maybe swapping them out with a couple of 6 volt golf cart batteries would be good. The golf cart batteries would give you about 200 amp hours.
