If I'm reading your post correctly, your fridge uses 16 amps @ 12 volts = 192 watts. That's a very efficient refrigerator. (325 watts is normal for a Dometic 2652 in 120V mode) It would be interesting to know that given a specific ambient temperature, how long your batteries last from a full charge until the battery voltage drops too low to power the inverter while generating sufficient voltage to run the fridge.
(read into the above question) Without a charging source, eventually your battery voltage will drop, as the state of charge decreases, to a point where something will shut off. It would be wise to know, in advance, what shuts off first and when.
