After drilling the holes, and installing the bolts to hold the AC coils to the core assembly, one 190 pound 57 year old and a 195 pound 21 year old son with a lot of patience will get you this. Put the drivers side down at about a 56 degree angle. then slide the assembly down in to the hole. Some addition movement to get the bolts in the bottom to slide into the frame holes, and you get this.
Only one slightly smashed finger, and two scraped knuckles were harmed in this event. the drivers side brace that runs to the frame is just installed with loose bolts, the nuts on the bottom are all so loose at this point.
