This solenoid is used for joining the house and the starting battery's together and, a junction point for a couple of cables. It is mounted on the front, to the passenger side of the battery, just above the radiator.
On the drivers side the big cable goes to the driver side output of the alternator. There is a cable not installed at this time that runs to the positive side of the starting battery.
On the passenger side, one cable runs to the passenger side output of the alternator, one run down to the pump for the leaving jacks, and one runs back to the terminal for the house batteries
