After some discussion, I am going to put a 650 carb in place of this one, until I get all the parts and this one rebuilt. I am going to have to grind off the rivets that are holding the choke on and tap the holes for bolts, so I can adjust the choke to where ever I happen to be at the time. Guessing it was part of the 1986 emissions to have a fixed choke.
