With the new parts I installed all working so far. I was still having a slight miss when the cooling fans kicked on. I traced it to this 12 volt 80 amp breaker dropping the voltage.

When the fans kick on, I am guessing they draw 3 to 5 amps. The oil cooler fan says three or four amps. I am guessing it over loaded the weak breaker. Before I installed the fuse, I cleaned up the routing of the wiring to that sub assembly
White and red to 80 amp fuse, purple to solenoid l, pink to sensor in passenger side of motor

A little further up this sub assembly is the wires for the under hood light found above the battery

I installed a 80 amp Max fuse in the same location.
