Thereseem to be something around 1.5 in wide at about a two foot spacing all down the roof. The center has some sort of support running the whole length of the coach. I have not pulled down any of the roof on the inside yet as it seems to bee in good shape. BUTT we all know about ""It seems to be in good shape"". I will have to pull down some roof in the back part area of the coach sometime to repair some damage there. I may then be come a welder instead of a general fixer upper. lol
It is a aluminum sheet over something strong. I have set down boards to walk on, and the roof has not fallen in yet. I weigh around 190 to 195.
Does any body have any pictures of a 1986 or 87 Holiday rambler being built??
