Sooo, what is your reason for the survey?
Professionally and personally my life is the RV Industry. My companies deal with RV owners and RV service facilities on a daily basis.
While we constantly deal with service departments, I wondered what the folks on RV.Net had to say about paying more in the event service improved. The results were very interesting.
For me, as someone who is in every one of your same shoes...I would gladly pay extra for something done right; and most of the time the ultimate bill is less than something done half way. (For those of you who pay way less and get great service I applaud you and am not talking to you)
Since I make my living in this industry, and raise my family camping I want to keep the business strong...and that means improve service if possible. Tommy
