We have a 24 foot coach on a Ford 350 just like the OP. It drives and rides well virtually everywhere.....except I-40 from Oklahoma City to the Arkansas line. I will NOT drive that road again in an RV. I don't care what kind of equipment you have to help the ride, that road is a pathetic result of poor planning and poorer maintenance.
If you are traveling across Oklahoma, I truly suggest you find an alternative route. I-44 in Oklahoma is a turnpike and is just fine. I-40 from OKC to Texas is in good shape now. But from OKC east to the Arkansas line is a disgrace and the state should be ashamed of it.
