I also recommend weighing and setting air pressure based on weight and not a pound more if ride is a concern. Other stuff (shocks, bushings, etc) may help too, but this is free.
The rear leaf set has quite a bit of stiction. That plus the stiff E rated tires gives a lot of impact harshness on bad roads. Some roads are just awful. Certain roads certain times, you may be able to dodge some of it.
