Ride-Rite what PSI
I just got a new to me 2012 Coachmen Freelander 31AS equipped with Ride-Rite air bags on the back axle. I have read the little available literature on the web site (5 - 100 PSI).
Before I test drove it, it showed 0 psi. I had them put in 20 psi, because I read that no pressure and the bag can tip over out of alignment. It drove fine.
The unit is level at 20 psi. But, I am wondering if I should run a higher pressure - say 40 psi. Or if it is level at 20 psi should I be happy and leave it there.
Yes, I weighed the unit today and it is within specs and my tire pressure settings are ok 65 psi front & 70 psi rear.
I guess my basic question is are Fide-Rites like wearing suspenders and belt?
