I know nothing about the River Lodge RV Park. Probably great.
While you are at Parker Dam on the Calif side the last park before the Dam is Sunrise RV Park owned by friends of mine, nice folks have lived on site for years.
Check it out usually sells out summer and winter. Has a lot of returning snowbirds.
Kinda an old style park with grass, on the river, great place, well kept. Ask for Mike.
