We run 100lb in front and 85lb in the rears on our '07 Outlaw w/ W24, with a Safe-T-Steer and Bilstein shocks. The tire pressure was set by use looking at Michelin tables for weight.
We don't have a problem with excessive impacts coming through the steering, so maybe shocks are the issue.
If the shocks are good, the next thing to play with is the tire pressure...I have been told.
