Had a similar situation(we were parked in a campground with a flat tire due to a valve stem leaking)...GS and Progressive all said they can change it but if you don't have a spare they will tow you. Are they serious?? Tow me from a campground to a tire repair shop. Trust me I argued till my wits end and they just don't get it. Tow a 40ft MH 2 miles to repair a tire ?? It was a matter of principal that I kept arguing with both of them. Finally just called Les Schwabb and they came to the CG and changed the valve stem free of charge. Go figure.
