We have Good Sam and after using them twice for blown tires, we have no complaints on the service response. The first time we had just purchased the Good Sam membership and THOUGHT we had purchased the roadside assistance.....NOT...the salesperson at Camping World in Myrtle Beach failed to tell us that all we had purchased was the membership...not the Roadside Assistance. Our first blowout occurred on the way home from that trip. We called, feeling especially smug that we had just bought the coverage only to find out we didn't have it. BUT...the lady on the phone was most helpful regardless of the fact that we didn't have coverage and, for a fee, found us a new tire and a service to come out roadside to replace the blown tire. Yes, it took about 3 hours total for them to get there, but overall it wasn't a bad experience. The second blowout was on the way to Charleston, SC on I-95. We had since purchased the Roadside Assistance coverage. They promptly found us a repair service that responded in about 1.5 hours with a new tire. We did have some disagreement with the price we were charged for the tire...almost $900.00 for a single 19.5" tire, but we resolved that issue satisfactorily with some reimbursement and as a result of our agreement ended up with an extra year of coverage for the trouble.
I can't vouch for Coach Net, but Good Sam has so far been worth the price of admission, and I plan to stick with them.
