Apparently Coach Net is the only one that claims to provide that kind of service....because GS and AAA certainly DO NOT.  Their only options are install a mounted spare or tow.
And then it depends on where your failure occurs.  It takes a pretty well equipped service truck to be able to mount a truck tire at the side of the road.......and those just aren't always available within a reasonable distance, no matter who your service provider is.
Have you ever watched a guy mount a truck tire on to a rim? Usually it takes about 15 minutes using tire irons. That is all it took the one time I needed a tire changed. That is why many RV owners carry an unmounted spare. The only thing a service truck is needed is to carry the air compressor to add air after the tire has been changed.
