Thank you Sam Spade - Our programs do not have a "limit" for either distance or dollar amounts. Rather, we try to resolve the root cause of the disablement with the best, most efficient service and equipment. Sometimes, we would in fact send a truck from 200 miles away - examples like Alaska come to mind.
In each case, we try to resolve as quickly as possible, but the resolution we send is based on numerous factors - actual cause for disablement, day of the week, time of the day, location of disablement, RV type, and the specific issues that need resolved.
