Don't forget to submit your bill to them for reimbursement. They have to pay you for it! This same thing happened to me in Los Angeles over a 9 hour time period on a Thursday. "Can't find a tow truck call 911". I submitted my bill and they did pay me back but as soon as they did I cancelled the policy and went with CoachNet.
