Having read posts here about ERS over the years there are both praise and complaints for all of them posted regularly. GS gets more complaints posted than the others, but maybe they actually have more members, I don't know. In any event, it seems somewhat of a crapshoot as to the service you are likely to get at any given time. Common complaint is the time it takes to get someone to your stranded RV. But you have to remember that these guys are not just sitting there waiting for you to call. They are making calls constantly and if you happen to have trouble at the same time 10 other people are having trouble, you are probably going to be waiting a while.
But still better to have one than not.
