This is a really good point. The towing services are contracted. And most are ma & pa type businesses and if you hit them on a busy day you may wait. I've gotten service as fast as 40 minutes, and as slow as 3 hours.
Never yell at these folks. They don't know your coverage nor should they be expected to. And know that they are busy, often the only one on the job towing at the time they come and help you. They are just doing a job to the best of their ability.
