Roadside assistance

I just want to post the experience I had on my most recent and short road trip. As I was pulling into my destination 4 days ago, my rig just failed to run. After much investigation by myself (fair mechanic) the cause could not be identified. I made the decision to be towed to my camp site. I have GOOD SAM ROADSIDE SERVICE, and my experience the first and second was EXCELLENT. It took a while for the tow truck to get to my location 1 1/2 hours from time to order to tow truck arrival. I was able to get the rig running at our campsite. So on our return trip home, we made it back to 2 miles from home and the same thing happened where the rig just failed and dead in the water. Called GOOD SAMES ROADSIDE SERVICE and again they responded the tow truck , about the same time to get to my location. Both drivers knew what they were doing and had a great attitude. So here is a positive report on roadside service by GOOD SAM.
  • Thanks blazenpm for the post! We appreciate all feedback, especially the positives.

I'll pass this along to our Dispatch Team for kudos.

    Thanks again.
  • Yep, the Allstate dispatch center is really pretty good at this stuff! Glad you had a good experience with them...
