You can also "reline" that hose with clear vinyl tubing from HD or Lowes. It comes in various sizes and if I recall, a 3/4 inch hose will thread down the old leaker. I know for sure 1/2 inch will go. The stuff is only 30-40 cents a foot so buy a few feet of each size and give it a try. It is softer and more flexible than a garden hose.
