Roadtrek Water Pump - Revisited
The problem with the water pump has been solved.
I tried all the things anyone mentioned without success. However, I kept going back to someone's comment that we should make sure there is water in the tank. I knew I had filled the tank so it was not an issue.
Roadtrek 19P has TWO water tanks; an inner and an outer. I was filling the inner tank. The pump was sucking on the outer tank. The outer tank was empty. When I switched to the inner tank following Roadtrek manual instructions, the pump worked perfectly.
The moral of the story is "If all else fails, read the instructions".
Thanks to all who contributed. Your comments did give me ideas on how to maintain the system properly, and that is never a bad thing.
