Depending on how bad the damage is, how large, I've replaced most of my previous C's roof with 1/4" ply and EPDM rubber and eternabond tape. The paint on EPDM is much easier and likely cost effective solution if money is an issue. Otherwise have it done professionally. I currently have a 2009 Greyhawk and just found some very small leaks along the nose cone cabover fiberglass seams and yes, a crack on the front corner of the vent cover. Fortunely we had a dry winter and spring and no water damage occurred. Removed the seams and repacked the butel tape and coated the screw heads with EPDM caulk and redid the seams. Sealed the vent cover crack and ordered anew. 1.5 hrs of work likely will have saved me a bigger problem down the road had I not inspected.
