Feels like the screws were in stalled with a screw gun without a torque setting and are not really tightening. Sealant will keep them in place. They were finger tight (loose would be a better description) and up about an 1/8th inch.
I have a 3" roller for putting the tape down, but I know one it is down it doesn't come up easy.
