Measure it and see if it is a 14" X 14" opening, which is the standard RV vent opening size. If it is, it's just a matter of what you have to do to cut it open. After that, it looks like a RV vent would be installed as they usually are. I'd suggest using 4" Eternabond tape rather than a bunch of lap sealant.
