This is similar to what I did because I didn't have fans in the original vents - LwiddisExplorer IIX2, pinesman.

- IAMICHABODExplorer III also have used MaxxAir covers on all my Roof Vents for more than 10 years with no problems.
For the one that has a fan I prefer the Fan Mate
The clip system makes it easy to open up and clean when necessary and the 6 year warranty that others do not have.
If you are looking for vent lids.First see what type vent lid you have using this
For long lasting vent covers Polycarbonate ones are the ones you want.
If you haven't done this before Here is a short video that will help you.
You may need a new seal that goes on the metal edge this will make it a tight seal This is what you need

- We went with MaxxAir covers on the last 3 MHs. Have worked great!
