Rooftop AC Weird???

I have a 2009 Simba with 2 Carrier roof units. The rear AC works when plugged into 20-30AMPS (at my house)and when the generator (50AMPS) is running. The front unit will only run when plugged into house and NOT with generator running. I do not have the ability to plug my shore cord into a dedicated 50 AMP line here.

    Again, one unit operates on generator or plug in and one unit only on plug in All circuit breakers appear ok.

    It is pre wired. I do not know of an activation switch. There was an outlet or two not working, it is NOT charging the house batteries.

    Are there other things or outlets not working whenon generator?
    Do you have a transfer switch that activates when you’re on generator?
    Is your generator pre-wired or do you have to plug the shore cable in to the generator?

    I believe that when you have the generator running, the house plug does not supply any power to your coach. It is an either/or with the generator taking preference.
