Rotate tires on Class A YES OR NO ( why?)

No, I don't rotate the tires on the motorhome.
Mainly because I have M&S traction tread tires on the rear, and I am "old school" enough that I still believe the direction of rotation of radial tires should not be reversed, so I won't put the left tires on the right side and vice versa.
I don't know, nor do I care, if that old canard is true these days or not.
