There was an RV on another forum I frequent that had been converted to run on veggie oil (SVO). The new owner got it and had major issues with the engine and fuel system because of the SVO setup. It was not pretty.
I think that you have to watch the water and salt (or some other chemical) content of the SVO. That can take a toll on the fuel pump(s) and injectors.
All in all, I wouldn't recommend it at this point.
