Yeah apparently it's very important NOT to use hydrogenated veggie oil because of the water content. What I want is non hydrogenated oil preferably semi clean, like you get from a Chinese restaurant. Not A burger joint. Cleaning it in a centrifuge takes out all the particulates - not sure about salt. I've never heard that was an issue.
