The lights are not going to draw much down on your two coach batteries. The Furnace fan will - any fan draws a lot of power. Do the test on your driveway. You should get two days - more with just the lights. Remember though - do not drain your coach batteries below half. It will take a lot longer to charge them and it is not good for the batteries - so whatever amp hours your two coach batteries have - divide that by two and that is what you have to use. And when the battery switch is on there are hidden drains (though small) on the batteries in a Class B - CO and Propane detectors,and others. Driving is the fastest way to recharge the batteries - more than two hours at highway speeds.
