You indicate the electric fan and the motor fan are working. The motor fan may appear to be working but not engaging (locking) when the temperatures reach a preset temperature. You should hear the engine start to roar when the fan locks in at a higher temperature. If you don't hear this roar (like downshifting a gear or two) then the fan clutch is faulty. Not an uncommon problem.
If you do hear the roar then I'd suggest a good internal/external cleaning of the radiator.
