Running hot
It run hot 210 to 240 I put a new thermostat in . Both the electric and the motor fan works. its a 1992 winnebago Brave 30ft with a 454. Thank Jim

That might have been the explanation - my memory isn't what it was. The fan, when working properly, draws air through the radiator even at highway speeds. The design of the front cap might otherwise allow the air to go around the radiator.
