rvc123,
While it is possible to salvage one of those boards, it's not often done. On our previous coach, a '99 Fleetwood Bounder 34V with the F-53 Chassis and V-10, that board had a defective "time delay relay" on it and after as much research as I possibly could do, I found out that basically it was only a diode or, resistor and a diode etc. that was most likely the culprit(s). So, I went to Radio Shack, bought what I thought was the correct components for replacing what I thought was bad, and, well, it didn't work. Oh well, it was a few dollar try.
So, off to a Fleetwood authorized dealer, where at that time, was the only place I could purchase one of those boards. So, about $130.00 later, that new board did the trick and that BCC has worked flawless ever since. And that was over 8 years ago. So, it all depends on your ability to "tinker", get advice from others and maybe do some form of trouble shooting, or, order a board up and be done with it. They're not hard to replace. It took me about, 30 minutes to R&R mine. Good luck.
