Call, and file a claim with State Insurance Commissioner. It take a while. A Lawyer might be faster but will cost you. If your Insurance is covering it and then going after them you should be covered. If they are not playing ball call the other Insured's company about a claim for loss of use. do this before signing a settlement even though you can afterwards I understand if your Insurance won't cover it.
