You need to explain fully.
1. Is the RV repairable?
2. Has an attempt been made to repair the RV?
3. Has a settlement offer been made for the RV?
4. What is the Year/Model/Brand of RV?
5. Reading between the lines, I suspect they had NO coverage other than Liability? So, they cannot claim it on THEIR Insurance. Is this the case?
6. Last, I know of NO insurer that will pay for LOSS of use on a Automobile or RV that has been wrecked or damaged. When NOT on a vacation or in use. And at Home. Doug
