I have pulled 74' and my home state law is 75' total but sweated bullets in certain states because most are 65'±. If that were me, I would be looking at a 24' stacker and remove the upper cage on the Rzr to put it over the Jeep. That would put you in the 70' - 72' range and much less likely to be noticed.
