Your profile says Fairfield glade, tn. from there, everything is going to be at least 30 miles, and most more like 50. So, you are at extreme range for both Knoxville and Chattanooga.
We have the Sensar IV antenna with the Sensar Pro wallpate inside, and are good for at least 60 miles OVER GOOD TERRAIN. Not knowing your siteing, If you can get either Knoxville or Chattanooga you will be doing good. Not having bee that way in a while, there may be a repeater tower somewhere close, which will solve the problem. I would think that Crossville might have something. We were at Carthage, TN. and received a LOT of stations from Nashville, shich led me to think that there might be a repeater tower somewhere up there in the hills and ridges.
But,m in answer to your question, It has been tested several times on this forum by folks with knowledge and equipment, and the newer Winegard antenna has always come out best, with the Jack a close second in most cases.
