Before you get to Flagstaff is Meteor Crater RV Park at Exit 230 on I-40.
Then there are a couple in Flagstaff itself.
After leaving Flagstaff Munds Park RV is around exit 322 I believe. I'm not sure if any are open in winter. Best to call and check.
Then at Exit 278 is Hwy 260 which will take you west to Cottonwood or east to Zane Grey RV. Dead Horse Ranch State Park west is very nice and not too far off I-17. Stay there a couple nights and it's an easy short drive into scenic Sedona.
Next, there's a RV park at Exit 262 at Cordes Junction - not sure of the name and then the next one would be at Black Canyon City around Exit 244.
It sounds like you'll then be picking up Hwy 74 west toward Wickenburg. It's a pretty drive. If you need a place to stop on 74 near I-17 there is Lake Pleasant Maricopa County Regional Park - very nice.
Have a good trip!
