If you do, you will waste your money as the new one will do the same thing. It can be caused by AC ripple in the 12 volt wiring. But, tracing that down would take a lot of time. RVP makes a filter kit for this Tstat. But it is not guaranteed. RVP P/n for the filter is 8330-3301. If you buy a NEW ZC tstat, it comes with the filter system built in to the circuit board. But, there are no gurantees either will work. If you have dirty DC voltage, it may slip past the filters. usually a Ceiling(Fluorescent) light bad ballast is the cause. So, if you have Fl lights in the RV, turn them off and see if the 00 goes away. If so, you then turn each light ON unit the 00 comes back. Then that light is the defective one. Doug
