I would start by finding out who trains the school bus drivers on your area, because the driving problem is a lot closer to a school bus than an OTR semi. It might still be a. truckdriving school if they don't self train.
I didn't feel the need for training because the Air Force taught me to drive medium duty straight trucks during Viet Nam war, and I had occasional experience since, as refresher. RV is anlittle closer to a school bus than a 8-20 ton straight truck because RV and bus have that big overhang to learn, as well as the long wheelbase.
